The Upper Room Dialogues is Your Answer

For those on the spiritual path seeking answers to your biggest religious questions. What do you do when your religious questions are bigger than your religion?

Some of you know that my academic training is in the area of Cultural and Historical Studies of Religion, and that I teach religion and history at a university here in Los Angeles. Because of that some people have been asking to work with me specifically on religion, metaphysics and spirituality. Well, I hear you. I know how frustrating it can be to have questions and nowhere to go to discuss them.

In response, I’m offering a monthly course where I will be your mentor and teacher on the religious questions that matter to you. Here’s a sample:

Now, I know this course won’t be for everyone. It is for those who want to think outside of their theological boxes, to reconsider old stories and traditions. For example, was Adam and Eve’s expulsion from the Garden of Eden a bad thing? Was Judas really a traitor? Is original sin real and do we really need a savior?

The Upper Room Dialogues

How it works;

Once a month we’ll gather by phone into our “upper room,” by telephone to discuss these challenging metaphysical ideas. It’s your place to go beyond the pulpit, the “usual” answers, and what you’ve always been told about religion. We will discuss the great spiritual teachings across time and tradition, and we will explore their relevance for today in a way that is practical and important to you. It’s not your grandmother’s bible study, and the training wheels are coming off. As I said, it’s not for everyone, but for those who would like to come up higher in consciousness and spirituality you are invited.

Members will also have access to a discussion forum so that you can exchange ideas with one another and with me between our group sessions.

Is there an investment? Yes, your time, your focus and a your money. But, I have made this program as affordable as I absolutely can. You’ll be amazed and have no reason not to join in and challenge yourself. The investment for the Mentoring Program is $47 recurring monthly for as long as you stay in the program.
